Plant Features

• Plant output 8-10 MT/HR (With 4mm sieve is hammer mill).
• Double screen Hammer Mill working on 30-40 HP with VFD controlled Rotary Van Feeder.
• Single Shaft paddle Mixer (2T/Batch) working on 30 HP with outstanding mixing efficiency in 7 minutes
• Magnetic grill at intake with manual feeding control gate.
• Equipped with bucket elevators with heavy gauge buckets, MRF make nylon-rubber belting for long life without elongation, with belt drive or directly coupled gear motors.
• Batch bin above mixer and hammer mill with sight glass for level observation
• Minimum space and height required
• Intermediate bin is provided over the Hammer Mill.
• Batch bin and feed mixer having access doors for inspection and cleaning.
• Dust control system provided on every machine which eliminates 95% dust.
• Semi Automatic oil/Molasses spray system for appropriate dosing each batch.
• Equipped with small hopper for addition of Premix & micro ingredients directly into mixer
• Equipped with By-Pass hopper at the intake of 2nd elevator for addition of non-grindable material into mixer.
• Bagging is done manually (Auto Bagging can be added as per customer’s requirement).
