Our experimental department is responsible for the development of new processes and machines. It is provided with an extensive pilot plan with laboratory, production machines, and measuring equipment for the most important process stages of the conditioning technology.

Pelleting tests for the compound feed industry are now almost exclusively carried out using the annular gap expander. The combination of the annular gap expander and press offers the feedstuff and the food industry new possibilities for conditioning and hygienic treatment of mixtures and by-products together with a considerable increase of the press capacity. The plant is available to prospective buyers and customers who want to have their own products tested. On the basis of the results achieved plant designs and offers can be prepared.

Working and principle

Vertical pellet mills are also known as small scale pellet mills. It consists of a flat die having desired hole diameter and generally two press rolls .As the material is introduced to the inlet of machine, it enters in it. The flat die is known to be still & the press rolls rotates over the die. As the material comes in touch with the rolls, they press the material & it passes through the die. As a result, pellets are obtained having desired diameter.
