Our Latest Twin Shaft technology Mixer is used for a Homogeneous Mixture of Granules, Extruded Products, Micro-Ingredients, Liquids & Powders etc. This mixer is designed with two shafts having welded paddles over them, rotating alternatively in Trough.

Principle

This Horizontal Batch Mixer is having two counter rotating shafts having welded paddle blades over it. As the shafts start rotating, their paddle blade lifts the material up in Centre of mixer in weightless whirls, thus creating Fluidization. This movement of the particles ensures highest level of the homogeneity. As a result homogeneous mixture of material is obtained in a very short span of time.
